Terms of use

By playing Clackshot you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The game

Clackshot is provided free of charge, as is, without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or retire features, leaderboards or the game itself at any time.

Fair play

Don't use bots, scripts, macros, modified clients or any other automation to play ranked runs, and don't tamper with requests to our servers. Runs that fail verification are rejected, and we may remove scores or block devices that abuse the service.

Nicknames

Nicknames must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate others or contain personal information. We may change or remove any nickname or leaderboard entry at our discretion.

Share links

Share links and the images generated for them are public. Only share what you're happy for others to see.

Intellectual property

The game, its code, art, sound and name are ours. You may share screenshots, clips and share links of your own play. Third-party fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
